RUINED. He was a pretty strong character in his first film, with a clear character arc. He was charismatic, complicated, funny and very smart. He gave up what he wanted to protect others, not just himself. He then takes a hit in Infinity War by being a completed idiot during the Thanos fight. No other way? Really? Christ! He then takes another hit in No Way Home by being an idiot during the spell and by losing to a child. And then gets fucked even more during Multiverse of Madness by being an idiot during the whole film. By this point, just like Defender Strange, he is a corpse being puppeteer by hack writers. Sad. He should probably be less than a 5, but I'm giving his first film a lot of weight.

Fuck, Mike, that was disappointing. It did not end very well. It feels like his hands were tie, but still does not excuse the lack of development of the grief theme. I'm not happy.

He was so creepy. He could have been a really scary, cool villain. But we barely see him. Bit of a shame. I'm fine with seeing him from everybody's perspective, but I just wanted a couple scenes of him in action. And maybe learn more of his life and personality.
